Jewelry Market Return Policy – Exchanges and Store Credit Only
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- We offer exchanges and store credit for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.
- No monetary refunds will be issued.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or engraved jewelry, as well as items marked as “final sale,” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Return Process:

- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Exchange/Store Credit Issuance:
Exchanges or store credit will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
